Questions clients ask
Who owns the code and dashboards?
You do: the reports, dashboards and code we build for you are yours once paid for, and handed over at the end. Our own models, tools and methods stay ours; you get a permanent licence to use whatever of them is built into your deliverables.
How do you handle our data?
Under an NDA, in your accounts where possible, deleted from ours after handover. We never publish client data.
How do we pay?
By invoice in US dollars: part upfront, the rest on handover. The retainer is billed monthly.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We commit to the scope and the timeline. An honest "the data does not support this" is also an answer.
