DataSense8 is a US company and complies with US sanctions law, including OFAC regulations. We do not provide services to persons, companies or governments in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, or to anyone on US sanctions lists.

We may ask where your company is registered and where your team is located before we start.

Our gaming work is analytics for staking funds. We do not operate games, accept bets, promote gambling operators, publish affiliate links or offer gambling services. We do not work with unlicensed operators.

Our analysis describes past results and does not guarantee future returns.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We measure traffic with cookieless analytics that does not identify individual visitors.

If you contact us, we keep your name, email and message to reply and to prepare a quote. We do not sell or share them. Ask us to delete them at any time: contact@datasense8.com.

Client data received during an engagement is handled under the NDA and deleted from our systems after handover unless agreed otherwise.
